Tito Ortiz: Domestic violence charges dropped

 

MMA star Tito Ortiz has ducked criminal charges in connection with the alleged domestic violence incident with his wife Jenna Jameson.

A spokesperson for the Orange County District Attorney has revealed that that Ortiz will not now face any charges because of a “lack of corroboration”.

Jameson’s lawyer Ronald Richards said his client is delighted that no further action is going to be taken.

“Jenna is very happy about that. She doesn’t want to see the father of her children suffer further stress,” he said.

Ortiz was arrested on 26 April at the couple’s home in Huntington Beach, California, and charged with felony domestic violence after his former porn-star wife reportedly called the police claiming Ortiz had threatened her.
